Elections are about politics, politicians trying to convince voters. But who are the people in the back of the house, who are the people that make sure that the voting runs like a well oiled machine? Moments in between is about the volunteers who make the elections run smoothly. Ever present but often unnoticed this is an ode to the men and women who make it happen.
